Born in New York, Henry was raised in Puerto Rico in a loving Christian family. After college, he fulfilled a childhood dream by joining the U.S. Navy where he served for 28 years and retired as a Navy Captain. Among his many sea and shore tours, includes a short period in the White House. Henry completed his MBA in Georgia. His professional development has included Executive Training at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, George Washington University (Program Management), and Carnegie Mellon, Tepper School of Business as an executive with Lockheed Martin. Before joining Galilee was headed his own management consulting company serving multiple defense companies as well as private and non-profit corporations. He has regularly served on mission trips to Nicaragua and locally to migrant camps on the Eastern Shore. Henry is married to Cindy who is still serving the U.S. Navy as a senior civilian (42 years). Henry has served on the Board of Directors of the Norfolk Community Services Board, Habitat for Humanity, and twice as President of Ghent Civic league. He has been blessed with two daughters and two grandchildren thus far whom he enjoys immensely.
